  • All delivery prices quoted are for UK delivery only.

  • Please get in touch if you need a quote, for postage outside the UK.

  • Delivery times are from the time of despatch.

  • Delivery costs will be clearly marked at checkout.

  • On the rare occasion that the items you have ordered are out of stock
    we will contact you by email within 24 hours, to let you know the new delivery date.

  • You will receive a confirmation of order email.

  • We will email to let you know when your order has been despatched.

  • Your order will be despatched the next working day at the very latest
    (Stock dependant).


  • Here at Nomad's Bazaar we're really concerned about the footprint left
    by our packaging.

  • We have managed to source recycled & recyclable carboard & packing tape,
    as well as
    bio-degradable bubble wrap.

  • Please can we ask that you find the right recycle bin for the spent packaging,
    we will be eternally grateful.

  • Thank You in advance!

payment terms

  • We will take payment upon receipt of your order from your debit or credit card.

  • We will accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you didn't provide us with the correct payment details.

  • If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the order from you, we have full right to suspend the order until payment has been received.

  • This does not affect any other rights we may have.


  • The payable prices for goods that you order are set out on our website.

  • All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates, and are correct at the time of entering the information.



  • If you are unhappy in any way or have simply changed your mind about any goods purchased from Nomad's Bazaar.

  • Please get in touch within 14 Days of receiving the items you'd like to return.

  • You will then have 14 Days to return the goods after notifying us.

  • But, does not mean that products can be worn or damaged (by customer) before a customer sends them back.

  • We will refund the selling price within 7 Days of receiving the returned items.

  • The refund will be made to the debit/credit card used for the purchase.

  • Providing the goods reach us in exactly the same condition we sent them out to you.

  • All original packaging must be intact.


Faulty goods

  • If the product you have ordered is faulty you have 30 Days to return it.

  • Parcels or items damaged during transit must be reported to Nomad's within 24 hours of delivery.

  • If the parcel's 24 hour deadline for reporting damaged parcels during transit has past, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.


what items can't be returned


  • We regret that we can not accept returns on the following non-faulty products.

  • Any bespoke products that are made to order by us.

  • Products with packaging or any of the individual product components with unsealed or damaged packaging.

  • Any product which does not arrive at Nomad's Bazaar in a resalable condition
    in this case we will not be able to offer you a refund.

  • We will call you to arrange for the product to be sent back to you & to take payment for the subsequent delivery costs.


  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us on 07927 641256.

  • If your goods have been despatched before cancellation, you will be liable for the costs of returning the unwanted items.
